my name is Susanne McAllister and I am a Health and Wellness Coach. I work with women that feel stressed, tired and struggle with weight issues who eat when they are emotional and overwhelmed. I help them by coaching them in groups and one on one through my tailored programs that reset their hormones and metabolism so that they can drop the weight without dieting and love their bodies – once and for all!
I get it – because:
- I always had something bad to say about my body
- I ate when sad, happy, angry, bored or just to feel a bit better
- I used to beat myself up in my head ALL the time
- I put on weight by just looking at a piece of cake (no kidding!)
- I used to drag myself to the gym, even did a boot camp, danced, walked, ran a 5-km race – and still felt fat and unfit
- I love love love chocolate, chips, cheese and wine
- I compared myself to others ALL the time
- I always assumed everybody else was better than me and they had it all sorted
I hope you are not disappointed when I am now telling you that:
“I am not perfect”
“I don’t have the perfect figure” (according to the media :)) and
“Sometimes I still beat myself up”
I was determined to change all of this for myself, for my daughters and for other women like you
I studied a whole lot of helpful stuff over 25 YEARS and got a list of qualifications:
Counselling – Transformative Psychology – Health-Wellness Coaching – Energy Healing Modalities – Hypnotherapy – Spiritual Mentorship – Nutritional Therapist – Meditation Teacher – MA Transformative Teachings and some more.
I did this because I was curious why we do what we do and how come some people and eat what they want and don’t ever put on weight, how come that some women exercise like crazy, eat mostly healthy and still don’t lose weight!
I wanted to know which hormones do affect us and how to reset them naturally and I did find out.
Mostly I learned from life, love and women themselves!
- I always have something good to say to my body
- I am, in tune with my body, I eat when I am hungry and do other pleasurable things to feel good about myself (Yes, that will be YOU too)
- I don’t beat myself up any more (and if I catch myself, I have amazing strategies in place to get back on my happy track quickly)
- I did reset my hormones and my metabolism and I don’t put weight on looking at a piece of cake anymore (I teach you how and we do it together!)
- I don’t drag myself to exercise (in fact I don’t even like that word)! I move my body, MY bodies way, which is fully guided by pleasure and so my body has fun and wants to move naturally (I will teach you how)
- I still love love love chocolate, chips, cheese and wine (ok that hasn’t changed! But I have found what works for my body and go with my guidance – I will teach you that too)
- I don’t compare myself to others anymore! And if I do, I have tools that are positive and quick to bring me back to my state of abundance on all levels! (I will share them with you too)
- I always assumed everybody else was better than me and had it all sorted (see above). Not any more!
- Weight loss has nothing to do with willpower but with hormone reset
- I love my life and my body, even though I am nearing the 50, but I love my confidence and my body is amazing – just as it is!
My offering to you:
I bring to you my knowledge, my experience but mostly I bring to you my compassion and love for women like me! Women that want to live a life to the fullest, that are fed up feeling crappy, tired and that hate trying on clothes in well-lit change rooms!
What I want for you is to be happy, healthy with a normal weight and a zest for life! I wish for you to love your body and bring it into its optimal state of vitality! Only then can you live life to the fullest and enjoy every minute of it!
We only have a limited amount of years in this life and I really wish for you that at the end of it, you won’t have waisted it worrying about your weight or shape or size but that you will have lived a life that is full of love and rich of adventures!
