I am Susanne McAllister, a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Health and Wellness Coach, Speaker, Author and Nia and Meditation Teacher. I have been in the health and wellness industry for nearly 20 years. I customize programs especially for you, your symptoms, and your body type, and I will be there for you every step of the way.
It is my goal to help you learn healthy eating habits and feel better physically, mentally, and get your symptoms under control. When you feel good about yourself, you make better choices in both your personal and professional life. Eating habits and their impact on health and emotional issues is my passion. I have invested many years of my life on many health-related degrees and courses to learn as much as I can to help people just like you. When you work with me, your success is my goal!
I have been through the loss of my husband and many changes in my life. I have two grown daughters whom I adore and that make me proud every day. My passion for good health and my love for helping others has led me to many amazing places in the world. I worked in South Africa, Holland, England, Ireland and Spain and I take pride in always finding the best leading-edge research to bring to my clients.
I have been at the place of feeling bad, dealing with stress related hormonal symptoms myself. I have ridden the roller coaster of menopausal emotions, feeling like I was losing my mind and hot flashes that felt like I was in a Turkish steam bath. Applying what I had learned and seeking the right supplements and techniques tailored for me and by me brought my life back into alignment, and allowed me to experience freedom, joy, and confidence again. I want to help you experience those same things!

I was always passionate about health and wellness, that doesn’t mean that I always did what I knew I “should be” doing.
After my husband passed I was all about raising my girls, the best way I could. I was on constant “fight or flight” and racing around like a mad woman to make sure I did everything right and everything I could for them. As a result, I suffered from burn-out and stress-related hormonal imbalance with hot flashes, no sleep, no energy, brain fog and mood swings like a teenager! Now, I follow my own advice on nutrition, prescribe to myself the best supplements that work for me and use and teach mindfulness, which has been a real help too. I can teach you how to do all of this also and feel like yourself again!
And while I am a big fan of “instant gratification” and the “quick fix,” changing habits takes times and dedication. My approach is all about YOU! Your health is important to you, and also to me.

A few random facts about me:
I nearly died when I was 17 which totally changed my life
I went as far as sitting in a pool of ice cubes (and I really really don’t like cold water! ) learning from the “Iceman Wim Hof” how to control your autonomic immune system and boost your health!
When I turned 40 I decided to “not let my fear” stop me anymore and to say “Yes” to things that really scared me (I have had anxiety all my life) and the Universe has truly answered me in many different, funny and amazing ways!
