Stress has been on my mind a lot recently. I kind of like a bit of stress, it gives me a buzz and keeps me on my toes but then I delved far deeper into the subject also due to me not feeling the buzz anymore but feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. I thought it was a bit ironic because I am working with clients and helping them to get their zest for life back.
On the up site, I am have learned so much more then I learned in my Nutritional and Wellness Studies over the years. Stress is a killer for sure and it appears that we are nearly “addicted” to it. I meet children in primary school that already show signs of stress, not to mention the teachers!
